Traceability Toolkit

Starting in July 2020, under the new traceability rules in the upcoming Safe Food for Canadians Regulations, most brewers will be required to implement and maintain a traceability system that tracks the movement of food one step forward and one step back. To support brewers in meeting this new requirement, Beer Canada and NSF International have developed a Traceability Toolkit that can be used to implement a traceability system into a brewery:
