Responsible Advertising and Marketing Code

As a statement of principles and best practices, Beer Canada's Responsible Advertising and Marketing Code is intended to complement, support and enhance federal and provincial/territorial alcohol advertising and marketing rules as well as those codes administered by Ad Standards.

The Code is voluntary but also is a condition of Beer Canada membership and a visible demonstration of the beer industry’s shared commitment that advertising and marketing be directed only to those of legal purchase age and in a socially responsible manner.
