As Head Brewer you will be responsible for the daily operations of the department.  You will be a key player in restructuring brewery operations and employee culture; specifically focusing on delivering product quality and employee culture and motivation.  The Head Brewer oversees the daily production workflow assisted through a team of brewers, assistant brewers and packaging operators.  Purchasing raw materials, developing production plans, enforcing health and safety practices and staff training and development round out the accountabilities within this role.

Qualified applicants will bring at least 10 years experience within the brewing industry with at least 3 years of that experience being held within a management role.  You are a proven leader who can lead by example and motivate your staff to achieve departmental goals.  Your passion for brewing consistently resonates through your daily operations.
